You don’t know how lucky you are to have Larry as an employee. He did not take a break – he kept working from 8:30 a.m. to almost 6:30 p.m. – he did not stop to have the coffee or soda that I offered.

My condo association has some rigid rules about security and procedures and he did his best to follow them.

He cleaned up after himself and I thought that he left at 6:00 p.m., but I found him struggling with the shower walls – using the steps instead of the elevator.

Disabilities paired with the usual lessening of physical agility associated with aging were making it increasingly difficult for me and my husband to get over the edge of our bathtub. However, our tub and surrounding tile still looked fine and we did not want to sacrifice pleasing appearance. Then, Al brought in the BATH FITTER advertisement with the mail. The section which showed the tub being completely removed and the entire area turned into a shower had caught my eye. We called and set up an appointment for a free estimate.

BATH FITTER’s men showed us what they would do and samples of the actual acrylic material they would use. They answered all our questions. We explained that instead of the usual double sliding doors, we needed triple sliding doors in order to have an opening wide enough to accommodate our shower chair and still allow space for us to get in and out. BATH FITTER even got a triple-track door custom made for us!

The men who did the replacement work were courteous and considerate of our needs, asking where and how high we wanted grab bars, soap/shampoo shelf, and shower knob placed, and left the area clean.

BATH FITTER responded immediately when we called with a problem with those “special” shower doors, adjusting until it was perfect.

We love our new shower. It is easier and safer to take a shower now. And it looks gorgeous! We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you BATH FITTER!
